In October of 2024, Colombean hand-selected this exceptional coffee from Pedro's family farm in Alta Gracia, Colombia. The coffee was floated and meticulously hand-sorted before undergoing a 48-hour fermentation process. We then washed it and carefully sun-dried it to perfection. The result is a smooth, balanced cup with notes of chocolate, caramel, and nuts, complemented by a delicate hint of spices like cinnamon and cloves.
